Qualifications:
Current licensure by the applicable state board of nursing as an RN (Registered Nurse).
Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist Certification (CCDS) required upon hire.
Bachelor’s degree or in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Work Experience:
2 years of clinical documentation improvement work experience OR at least 3 years professional nursing experience, preferably in the medical, surgical, or ICU.
Advanced clinical expertise and extensive knowledge of complex disease processes with a broad clinical experience is required.
