Description of Duties\:

The Senior Client Support Admin supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will\:

 

·       Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users

·       Provide in person and Phone Support to MDA End user troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Software, Operating Systems, and Office Products.

·       Install Hardware at End Users offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc)

·       Professional behavior and dress required.

·       Contribute to large scale Projects and Events.

 

The successful candidate will\:

·       Have strong Written and Verbal communications required.

Basic Requirements\:

·       Must have 5, or more, years of directly related experience in Customer Support.

·       Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (ex\: Security )

·       Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

 

Desired Requirements\:

·       Have hands-on experience with printer support

·       Have hands-on experience with DoD mobile

 

This position is expected to pay $90,000 - $120,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

 

This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days. If a candidate has not been selected at that time, it will continue to be posted until a suitable candidate is selected or the position is closed.
