Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in client account management, driving new business opportunities and developing and executing strategic content marketing campaigns for our clients. As a Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist at Visual Domain you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with a dynamic content production team, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Account Management of a client portfolio and successful delivery of video content programsGenerate revenue from new clients by responding to leadsIdentifying clients requirements, projects scope, and estimate project costingsCreating proposals to win new projectsResponding to briefs and RFQ’sMaintaining and nurture client relationshipsEnter lead and sales data into our CRM (Hubspot)Running handover and kickoff meetings with new clients and our production team.Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and email marketingConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trendsCreate and optimize compelling and engaging content for various digital platformsMonitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizationCollaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. • Manage and build relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Who are you?
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative mindset with the ability to think laterally to solve problems and issuesProficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management toolsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStructured and can follow a proven processStrong listening and communication skills both written and verbalTrack record of consistently hitting sales targetsAbility to work within a dynamic team environmentNews Benefits
