Senior Client Sales Executive
+ Insurance Broking career opportunity + You will be joining a high performing collaborative and nurturing team environment + Position will be based in Melbourne + Hybrid role - work from home and the Aon office Senior Client Service Executive | Affinity Health Corporate Solutions We are seeking a Senior Client Service Executive who is responsible for handling and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, including corporate house accounts with a focus on the allied health and Association sectors. This dual focus role blends both new business development through lead conversion and proactive sales initiatives alongside the delivery of outstanding, comprehensive client service. This position plays a pivotal role in developing deep client relationships, identifying and fulfilling whole of account needs (not limited to monoline offerings) and delivering tailored insurance and risk solutions to support long-term client value and retention. What the day will look like – Key responsibilities Your day will be busy adopting a client centric approach, which will be the key to your success! Responsibilities: + Respond to and triage inbound warm leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, digital channels and existing client networks. + Qualify prospects and identify suitable insurance solutions in line with client needs and business appetite. + Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner to maximize conversion rates. + Maintain accurate records of lead status, client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools. Ensure all advice and transactions meet compliance requirements, including record-keeping and disclosure obligations. + Preparation of quotes, proposal and policy documentation in line with internal processes. + Drive cross selling and upselling initiatives within existing portfolios. + Handle a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, retention and engagement. + Deliver comprehensive risk management advice and insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of the allied health sector. + Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ businesses in depth and proactively offering valued added insights and solutions. + Represent the business professionally in client meetings, industry events and presentations where needed. + Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service. + Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with both internal and external partners where required. + Act as a key contact for client queries, renewals, policy changes and coverage advice. + Provide a high standard of service and professional advice throughout the sales process and policy lifecycle. + Keep up to date with industry, product and legislative developments.
