We’re looking for a strategic, experienced Senior Client Partner to lead digital transformation initiatives across Canberra’s largest Federal Government departments. This leadership role focuses on identifying and growing high-impact opportunities, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. You’ll be the key interface between Publicis Sapient and government clients—shaping strategy, driving growth, and ensuring delivery excellence. We are seeking someone with a strong track record in strategic sales and account growth, deep knowledge of the Federal Government landscape, and proven success navigating complex stakeholder environments. Reporting to the public sector industry leader, you will be responsible for building the strategy and leading delivery targeting value creation for the client and growth for PS business. You’ll have a proven track record in business origination, working independently to connect with clients and prospects, supporting campaigns, and capturing new opportunities. Managing and growing existing accounts with clear expansion plans is essential, along with using diverse resources to identify deals, renewals, and repeatable business. Proactivity and a growth mindset are key. **Business management** **-** Lead client account planning to develop clear sales strategies that align with client priorities, industry insights, and competitive positioning. Manage opportunity pipelines with accurate forecasting in CRM and collaborate across Publicis Sapient teams to ensure seamless post-sale delivery. Own sales targets and contractual agreements while building dedicated, cross-functional teams to match client needs and drive growth. **Industry Leadership -** Lead client account planning to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with client priorities and industry trends. Accurately manage opportunity pipelines and forecasts, collaborate with delivery teams for seamless project transitions, and own sales targets and contracts. Build and lead expert teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth within Canberra’s Federal Government sector **Qualifications** + Proven track record of leading government transformation projects across federal and state agencies + Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous self-improvement, including exceptional communication and negotiation skills, personal adaptability, and high empathy and curiosity. + Recognised for driving revenue growth, expanding client portfolios, and maintaining long-term client relationships in both government and consulting domains. + As a routine and rigor, you maintain a thorough understanding of PS’ portfolio and solutions and how to best differentiate these values to our clients. + You are a collaborator who fosters trusted advisor relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
