Senior Client Partner, CPG Uber Advertising ANZ

**About the Role**
The team is looking for a strategic seller for the Uber Ads division. As a Sr Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial ads partnerships with CPG partners. You will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top tier CPG brands and drive adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with cross functional partners to consistently deliver on our partners needs. You will report to the Team Lead, CPG, Uber Advertising.
**Your Impact In Role**
1. Partner with cross functional teams to develop and execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your CPG partners’ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals
2. Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations
3. Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
4. Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing and Operations team ensure we are delivering on partner needs.
5. Expand ads product adoption. Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering
**The Experience You'll Bring**
1. 5+ years' experience, ideally in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
2. Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations
**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Experience selling into large CPG brands, with a specific focus in digital advertising
2. Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
3. Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
4. Creative storytelling experience with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
5. Strong leadership ability
6. Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
