A day in the life.
As our Senior Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll provide advanced client service including claim resolution, billing and eligibility issues. Solves complicated issues while keeping consultant informed of results. Our Senior Client Manager drives carrier negotiations and oversees technology implementation, testing and achieves clean “go-live” to client. In addition, they will conduct carrier implementation with a high level of attention to detail on complex benefit design. Our Senior Client Manager demonstrates the ability and confidence in driving client strategy and directly interacts with client’s decision makers. Advanced knowledge of self-funded plans will be needed to navigate this role, as well as experience in captive markets.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceWorking knowledge of insurance products/lines and various funding mechanisms with advanced knowledge of self-funding and captive marketsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointLegal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the futureThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
