In this role, you will support **account management and sales teams** across **North America, Canada, and selected LATAM markets** , helping them structure, model, and price a wide variety of commercial deals. This is a high-impact role that combines **financial modeling expertise** , **strategic pricing insight** , and **business partnership** to enable data-driven commercial decisions. **Responsibilities** **Your Impact** + Partner with account and sales teams to design and structure **optimal pricing and commercial models** . + Build and manage **complex financial models** including pro-forma P&L statements, scenario planning, and financial forecasts. + Facilitate and support deals through the **internal approval process** , ensuring timely stakeholder alignment. + Lead the pricing iteration process and assist in **negotiation strategy** with internal teams and client-facing counterparts. + Create and assess **multiple pricing scenarios** based on diverse commercial inputs (e.g., multi-year contracts, usage-based pricing, renewals). + Conduct **financial analysis during contract lifecycle events** , such as rollovers, annual pricing adjustments, or one-off changes to terms. + Maintain and update the **internal pricing database and knowledgebase** , ensuring accurate and reusable deal structures. + Contribute commercial input to **business proposals and strategic client presentations** . + Spend **85–90% of your time during the first few months** focused on building and maintaining pricing and financial models to support commercial decision-making. + Gain a deep understanding of internal tools, commercial frameworks, and deal structures as a foundation for broader responsibilities. + Transition into a more strategic role over time, with increased **stakeholder interaction** , **cross-functional collaboration** , and **commercial strategy input** . + Engage with a wide range of **deal types and pricing structures** , including multi-year, usage-based, and renewal-based agreements. + Leverage your experience to **introduce, improve, and scale financial modeling processes** that drive commercial effectiveness and pricing accuracy. **Qualifications** **Your Skills & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting** , or a related field. + **4+ years of experience** in Finance, Management Accounting, Business Analytics, or similar roles. + **Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)** with experience working in English-speaking professional environments. + Strong **business acumen** and understanding of **P&L structures, pricing strategy** , and general commercial contract terms. + Expert-level proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** , including formulas, pivot tables, and complex business modeling. _(Must-have)_ + Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** , with the ability to navigate complex conversations and engage senior stakeholders with clarity. + Proven ability to work both **autonomously and collaboratively** , managing priorities and deadlines independently. + Strong **problem-solving skills** , strategic thinking, and a proactive, open, and transparent communication style. **Set Yourself Apart With (Nice to Have)** + Experience in a **consulting or professional services** environment. + Familiarity with tools such as: + **Power BI** , **SAP Analytics Cloud** , **MS SQL Server** + **Salesforce CPQ** , **ETL processes** , **data warehousing** , or **VBA** **Additional information** **Benefits of Working with Publicis Sapient** + Full-time, indefinite-term contract + Remote work environment + Local holidays and additional PTO + Private medical insurance + Connectivity bonus + Access to e-learning platforms (Udemy, Marcel, LinkedIn Learning) + Exclusive discounts and English lessons + Work with a global leader in digital transformation + Be part of a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking team + Continuous learning and development opportunities **A Tip from the Hiring Manager** “This is a job for someone who thrives on complexity, thinks strategically, and enjoys shaping commercial outcomes through data.”
