Senior Client Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our FINPRO team at Marsh. This position will be based in New Zealand. 

We will count on you to:

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business operations, risk management strategies, and insurance requirements to ensure our services and programmes consistently meet their needs and expectationsManage a portfolio of high-end corporate clients, delivering seamless solutions for business and organisational risk and insurance mattersConsistently meet and exceed service standards outlined in client service agreementsCollaborate with senior colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision makers, assess account needs, and evaluate underlying risks to recommend appropriate services, products, and solutions that align with client business objectives and compliance requirements, thereby supporting account growthMaintain active involvement in all claim-related matters to ensure efficient resolution and client satisfactionContribute to the company’s profitability by effectively managing revenue and expense budgetsRepresent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen professional networks, stay informed of market developments, and promote our brandSupport the achievement of practice and team business objectives through active participation and contribution

What you need to have:

Proven experience working with corporate clients and complex insurance portfoliosLevel 5 qualification or a clear plan to achieve this within the required legal timeframeExtensive knowledge of core commercial insurance linesConfidence in engaging with clients and delivering presentationsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and diversity within the workforceWillingness to travel occasionally as required
