Job Description:

Microchip is looking for a dynamic Senior Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to help drive growth, within a select group of major Storage, Data Center, and Communications OEMs, located in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities include:

Utilize the Microchip Sales Processes to create new engagements and drive the sales funnel to grow revenue at target customers.Provide technical and business insights among various stakeholders to grow our business.The CEM owns and drives the company relationship with the assigned customer base.The CEM must effectively work within a team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategiesCommunicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions and Sales Management.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support, be proficient with using software tools such as MRP systems and Microsoft Office.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of their customers’ business, the solutions we offer that create value to the customer, the overall market, competitive landscape and internal organization.Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Bachelor's Degree, technical degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree9+ years of experience supporting datacenter or marketing experience preferred (networking, server and storage hardware or datacenter)Prior experience managing and building partnerships at large accountsAble to work proficiently in both autonomous and team environmentsExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000-$220,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
