We are currently accepting resume for the position of R&D Senior Claims Manager Monaco to

Coordinate claims creation & substantiation on new product innovations for across the R&D subfunction with Product Development, Packaging, Claims, Regulatory, Clinical and Testing Teams. Be collaborative visionary partner to Marketing and Legal teams from claim ideation and conception phase of our innovations to launch.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As R&D SENIOR Claims Manager Monaco, you will be responsible for the following:


1) Co-create and Co-ordinating claims for the LANCASTER Brand

 

The role includes:

Collaborative leadership. 

Nurturing different viewpoints on claims and integrate them into new and different proposals to recommend and enable decision making Co-creating claims with Marketing, PD, T&I and R&D claims/legal groups, aligning the claim strategy for innovation Creating claim roadmaps via cross functional collaboration with a focus to anticipate the potential next ideas and trends Design claims substantiation plans in collaboration with our Product Integrity, Clinical and Consumer Testing, Regulatory Affairs and Legal teams to review claim substantiation according to various market requirements.

 

Passion for beauty products and consumers

Curiosity about the beauty industry, trends and competitive moves.  Deliver competitive claims landscape for the key competitive Brands / products focused on the US market Be connected in beauty and follow ‘what’s hot in skin to apply to your daily work. You are passionate to deep dive into the Orveda Brand Philosophy, the product range with its benefits and ambitions. Create and own the claims workflow and all documentation to support proposals and launches of new products including formula and claims information (NCAP) Support Respond to inquiries post launch  to deliver dossier / defence of claims to authorities. Be master of integration and claims planning Manage R&D timelines and commitments for claim related milestones & activities. Track all projects and ensures that all claim tests are completed on schedule and provides marketing with updates accordingly Lead the cross functional team to deliver the risk assessment for claims and prepare / enable decision making via the escalation process. Contribute to ongoing inquiries to claims in the area of expertise with different Marketing and experts teams to drive scale. Co-ordinate within R&D the creation of external support documentation eg Retailers, Press. SPOC to external inquiries. Work with R&D leaders to propose innovative strategies for the claim tests. Review concepts and marketing artwork for technical accuracy and provides alternative language and technical advisement. Review & correct post launch communication documents linked to claim artworks, leaflets, PR documents, POS, e- retail.

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

 

You have a strong science background, understanding of skin biology and R&D experience in Skin Care. You have demonstrated turning product insights into new commercial propositions. Work experience on claims and formulation is advantageous. You are agile and can deal and manage change. Leadership and collaboration: Demonstrated you can structure and lead alignment conversations across functions/sub-functions such as RD, Clinical team, Regulatory, Packaging, Legal and Marketing.
Collaboration: You did succeed because you like to bring the different viewpoints together and find a solutions to better serve the business and the consumer. Have led your work and deliverables on innovation projects or programs with creating the structures and CPS, operating with discipline, tracking and delivering as a result with the team.
