We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at PT Marsh. This role will be based in Jakarta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Claims Operations team is dedicated to providing exceptional support to Client Facing Brokers, ensuring efficient claim administration and risk mitigation while liaising with insurers to resolve any issues.
We will count on you to:
Manage Claim Operations to deliver accurate service post-appointment.Handle settlement of dispute transactional issues with clients and insurers.Maintain provider facilities to prevent suspension of cashless facilities.Manage excess claims, rejected claims, ASO funds, and claim turnover through timely, correct, and updated reporting by reconciling and recording data.Serve as the first contact for day-to-day operational claim services, including claim administration, inquiries, guarantee coverage, and arising claim cases.Advocate for claim status, benefits, terms, conditions, and policy applications.What you need to have:
Minimum of 5 years of previous work experience in third-party administration (TPA), insurance, or financial services.Proven capability in customer handling via phone and email.Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.What makes you stand out:
