Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Senior Claim Executive, Contracts to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities:
+ Engaging in client conversations to understand and uncover needs and influence decisionmaking• Anticipating and ensuring all needs are fully met by offering clients product and servicesolutions to grow• Processing the notification, conducting subsequent advice, collection and settlement.• Providing claims statistics support for pre-renewal meetings, placing and renewal negotiations• Staying up to date on client information, including client’s internal structure and changes affecting Aon work• Providing timely response to requests while independently delivering outstanding work product• Conducting the risk survey for the clients to support the renewal/ new business• Participating the meeting with the clients/ prospects to support sales activities.
