We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **THE ROLE** For our Manufacturing site in **Montecchio Maggiore (VI)** with over **800 employees** we are seeking a **Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist.** The Senior CI Specialist will support and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations department, reporting to the CI Manager. The role focuses on improving key business processes using Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching, and driving measurable operational and financial results. **Key Responsibilities:** + Drive process improvement projects using Lean methodologies. + Lead and facilitate problem solving initiatives. + Promote standard work practices and simplify manufacturing operations. + Develop business cases and track project outcomes. + Train and coach employees to spread CI culture and support CI certification. **Qualifications:** + Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in process improvement and project leadership. + Strong knowledge and practical application of core Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, Managing for Daily Improvement, 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Continuous Flow, Material Flow). + Proven ability to lead Kaizen events independently. + Skilled in delivery training and coaching to others. + Fluent in both Italian and English. + Green Belt certification is a plus. **Location:** Montecchio Maggiore (VI), Italy **Contract:** Full-time, permanent **Remote Work:** 2 days/week (after initial training) **Benefits:** Company bonus, company canteen Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
