Job Overview/Summary:
The ChildProtection Senior Manager will play a key role in the representation,coordination, and implementation of all CP program components across Lebanon,including but not limited to capacity-building, coaching, prevention, and casemanagement support. In close collaboration with donors, sector focal points,and other CP actors, the Senior Manager will engage with key stakeholders andpartners to communicate the program’s vision, support strategic planning, andensure effective implementation at both national and governorate levels.
The SeniorManager will lead capacity-building initiatives targeting CP case workers,their supervisors/managers, CP partners, and relevant non-CP actors. Thisincludes designing and delivering workshops, training, and peer-to-peerlearning sessions, such as monthly technical discussions for field staff andbi-monthly sessions for supervisors.
Additionally,the Senior Manager will oversee the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of CPprogram activities, ensuring timely and quality reporting to donors andstakeholders. This position directly supervises and mentors the CPCapacity-Building and Coaching Officers, providing strategic guidance,technical support, and performance management.

Maintain regular communication and coordination with CP officers, IRC departments, MoSA, UPEL, CP CM actors, non-CP actors, and other relevant stakeholders at national and governorate levels.Represent IRC and the CP program in national-level coordination platforms, including the Case Management Task Force, CPiEWG, PSS Committee, and related working groups.Contribute to internal CM and IRC team meetings to ensure alignment across program sectors.5. PositionReports to: IP senior Coordinator.Position directly supervises: CP capacitybuilding Officers.Other contacts: Case management department,WPE senior manager, PRoL senior manager, legal team, etc.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field. A master’s degree is an asset.Minimum of three years of professional experience in the field of Child Protection, including direct work with children.Proven experience in case management within the child protection sector.Previous management and team supervision experience is required.Experience in coordination, partnership building, and participation in inter-agency meetings is highly desirable.Prior experience in preparing and submitting high-quality reports.Familiarity with National Child Protection Case Management Standard Operating Procedures is required.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders.WorkingEnvironment:
