You'll have...
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in embedded software integration, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of BLE communication protocols (Bluetooth 5.x, BLE Mesh, etc.).
Experience with embedded C/C++ development and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and automotive Ethernet.
Hands-on experience in vehicle testing and diagnostics tools (e.g., Vector CANalyzer, CANoe, Wireshark, or similar).
Understanding of TPMS architecture and relevant automotive standards (ISO 21750, FMVSS 138, UNECE R141).
Ability to troubleshoot complex system interactions between BLE TPMS sensors, ECUs, and user interfaces.
Even better, you may have...
Experience with wireless coexistence testing and debugging BLE interference with other vehicle systems.
Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity requirements (ISO 21434) and functional safety (ISO 26262).
Experience with Python or MATLAB for data analysis and automation of test scripts.
Familiarity with OTA update frameworks and cloud integration for BLE-enabled devices.

What you'll do...
•    Develop and integrate BLE TPMS software into the vehicle’s embedded control systems, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
•    Design and implement communication protocols for BLE TPMS data exchange with vehicle ECUs and cloud-based diagnostics.
•    Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate BLE TPMS hardware, ensuring compatibility with vehicle architectures and performance requirements.
•    Conduct validation and testing of BLE TPMS, including lab bench setups, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), and on-vehicle testing.
•    Analyze and optimize BLE communication performance, addressing latency, interference, and reliability challenges.
•    Develop diagnostics and failure detection strategies for TPMS, ensuring robust fault handling and reporting.
•    Support cybersecurity and over-the-air (OTA) update strategies for BLE TPMS software.
•    Troubleshoot integration issues across software, hardware, and networking layers, ensuring seamless operation within the vehicle system.
•    Create documentation and support homologation efforts for TPMS compliance with global regulatory standards.
