As Senior Channel Sales Executive, you will develop and support strategic relationships with professional services (PS) firms to drive adoption of Billtrust’s products and services within partner customer portfolios. This position will provide strategic direction and leadership in Billtrust’s efforts to grow its channel partner ecosystem and be responsible for partner-based revenue growth in North America.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to recruit successful PS partners to drive revenue Responsible for the overall revenue and commercialization of PS partnerships Supports PS partners in establishing annual bookings targets Team with sales reps to manage sales process for partner opportunities Working with PS partners to identify and develop leads and opportunities Coordinates sales support resources for strategic opportunities and associated activities such as presentations and requests for proposals Provides feedback on partner’s sales teams’ fluency pertaining to Billtrust’s solution and value proposition Schedules and conducts regular pipeline reviews with PS partners Addresses and seeks to resolve channel conflict with Billtrust and Billtrust’s extended partner network Manage partner enablement activities in conjunction with Sales Enablement teamWhat You'll Bring:
Proven experience and success developing and managing partnerships with PS firms in the software space. Or experience partnering with software vendors while working for a PS firm. Operating within or selling into the receivables, payments and/or financial technology space - 5+ years experience preferred Prior sales experience with demonstrated track record of growing company revenue/exceeding assigned goals - 5+ years experience preferred Extensive knowledge of go-to-market models, including sell with, sell to, sell through, co-branding and OEM Exceptional executive selling skills as well as a demonstrated success in establishing and managing partner relationship with channel partners Proven experience developing and managing high value relationships Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred Entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven attitude Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and work well in a team-oriented environment Enhanced written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and organization skillsThe expected base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $155,000 annually.
