We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Senior Channel Marketing Manger to own and elevate our partner ecosystem strategy for our Physical Access Controls business unit. This pivotal role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing programs that empower and amplify our channel partners, drive co-op marketing success, and grow market share through collaborative campaigns.

 

You will be responsible for nurturing partner relationships, developing joint marketing plans, optimizing co-funded programs, and ensuring seamless campaign delivery. Working closely with our sales teams, agencies, and global marketing functions, you will create high-impact initiatives that support our partners’ growth and align with HID's commercial objectives.

 

This is an ideal role for a commercially-minded marketer who thrives on partnership building, co-creation, and delivering measurable results in B2B environments — always keeping the customer at the heart of every action, confidently liaising with both internal teams and external partners, and maintaining strict control over budgets to ensure all investments generate meaningful returns for both HID and our partners.

As our Sr. Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

Developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies that strengthen partner engagement and accelerate revenue growth. Building joint marketing plans and co-op programs in collaboration with channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Managing co-funded marketing initiatives, from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and reporting. Maintaining rigorous budget control of marketing development funds (MDF) and co-op investments, demonstrating clear return on investment for both HID and partner organizations. Acting as the primary marketing point of contact for channel partners and internal sales contacts, cultivating trusted, value-based relationships. Maintaining a customer-first mindset, ensuring all partner activities align with customer needs and enhance their experience. Liaising confidently with external agencies and customer-facing teams to support campaign execution and delivery. Supporting partner onboarding and enablement by providing marketing guidance, best practices, and tools to drive adoption and success. Collaborating with sales teams to identify partner marketing opportunities and co-develop campaigns that support pipeline acceleration. Ensuring alignment with outbound and pull marketing activity. Ensuring data fidelity with target audience data and acquisition of channel partners. Including segmentation skills. Working closely with agencies and internal teams to produce partner-facing assets, campaign materials, and toolkits. Measuring and report on partner campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives. Ensuring channel marketing activities are aligned with HID’s broader brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Staying informed on industry trends, partner marketing innovations, and competitor activities to inform strategy. Presenting updates, recommendations, and performance insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on channel partner management and co-op marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing partner marketing programs that drive engagement and revenue. Experience managing co-op marketing funds, budgets, and performance reporting, with a focus on strict budget discipline and ROI delivery. Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and partner ecosystems. Customer-first mindset with the ability to design programs that align with customer needs and enhance partner value. Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, 6Sense) for campaign management, funnel building and measurement. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external agencies, channel partners, and internal teams. Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, create compelling content, and deliver results through collaborative execution. Self-starter with excellent project management skills and attention to detail. Experience in the physical security, access control, or wider security technology industry is beneficial but not essential.
