Where You’ll Make a Difference

Perform change management assessments and demonstrate expertise in change management methodologies and process improvement.

Develop and execute actionable deliverables for core change management activities: Stakeholder management, Communications & Engagement, Change Impact Assessments, Resistance Management, Business Readiness, Training Plans and Benefits realization.

Coordinate efforts with other specialists and senior leaders.

Integrate change management activities into project plans.

Evaluate and ensure user readiness.

Manage multiple stakeholders, from sponsors to end users.

Track and report issues, providing strategic solutions.

Provide ongoing support to the organization as they move through change.

Guide junior change management specialists.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology or Certification in Change Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative, be hands-on and result driven.

Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on engagement and effective communication.

Team player exhibiting collaboration, excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.

Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.

In-depth familiarity with change and project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

How Would You Stand Out?

Knowledge of Data Analytics and use of BI tools is good to have.

Consulting experience / Experience in supporting large-scale change initiatives.

SAP experience will be an added advantage.
