Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is hiring a Senior Change Management Specialist for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Infrastructure Support I (ISS I) program. This is a hybrid position, and the candidate will perform the function primarily at FDIC Headquarters in Arlington, VA. This position will give the candidate the opportunity to help manage change in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. The candidate will use proven ITIL-based change processes to help monitor change within the FDIC environment supported by the FDIC ITSM system.

Primary Responsibilities
Participate in all stages of the Change Management Process.
Attend Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Review and evaluate change requests within the Customer ITSM.
Evaluate changes using the Customer Change Management system and Configuration Management System.
Determine the appropriate assignment of changes (e.g. standard, normal, emergency).
Participate in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities as required.
Coordinate outages with internal personnel and Customer Third Party providers.
Evaluate and coordinate complex changes, including Emergency Technical Changes.
Participate in and help facilitate complex outages involving multiple parties.
Provide senior level input to CAB meetings.
Apprise Customer leadership of change activities and lead change reporting.
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS in a business or management-related discipline.
12+ years of change management experience.
Advanced knowledge of business processes.
Advanced knowledge of change management frameworks such as ITIL.
Advanced knowledge of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Established leadership and project management skills.
Experience with multiple large-scale organizational change efforts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Ability to align change initiatives with business objectives and strategies.
Clearance Requirements
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
United States Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Possess and demonstrate superb customer service skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks.
