As part of the Change Management & Training team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we adopt new tools, systems, and ways of working across the enterprise. While applying please** **submit your cv in the English language version.** **Job Responsibilities** **At this position you will:** + Design and execute agile, psychologically informed change strategies for enterprise IT initiatives. + Translate complex technical changes into clear, people-focused journeys. + Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and Digital & IT to ensure alignment and buy-in. + Collaborate with Change Communications to craft messaging that resonates and drives engagement. + Identify resistance early and address it through coaching, dialogue, and tailored interventions. + Integrate change activities into project plans and ensure seamless execution alongside delivery teams. + Share change-related insights and user impact analysis with the training team to support timely, relevant learning experiences. + Partner with leaders to strengthen their role in supporting and communicating change. + Measure adoption and behavioral change using meaningful measures and feedback loops. + Reinforce and embed change through continuous improvement and cultural alignment. + Support change efforts related to M&A activities, including cultural and organizational integration and stakeholder guidance during uncertainty. **Background & Skills** **Your profile:** + Educational background in psychology, behavioral science, organizational development, or a related field. + Deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, and resistance to change. + Familiarity with behavioral models, systems thinking, or organizational network analysis. + Experience in leading change in enterprise IT environments (e.g., AI, Cloud, Agile at scale, ServiceNow, ITIL). + Prior experience in Agile and Lean Change approaches. + You feel comfortable navigating, ambiguity and complexity with a calm, adaptive mindset. + You are fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. **Employee Benefits** Among the benefits we offer with the employment, depending on the location of employment, are: + Annual bonus + Medical care + Life insurance + PPE – long- term saving program. + Employee assistance program More information shall be provided during the recruitment process. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
