Responsibilities:

Own responsibility to deliver services along SLAs and run deployment projects timely and with quality. Plans, prepares, assigns tasks to resources and tracks progress. 

1.    With the support of the global hosting manager and architect/engineering/strategy engineers, be responsible to deliver computing services in EUSA region with the size of hundreds of OS and hundreds of backup objectives and the lower layer central hosting technology items in several central hosting locations including public cloud, leased datacenter location and self-owned datacenter;
2.    Ensure service operation delivery including incident and service request fulfillment is within SLAs
3.    Manage project to deliver it with required time line required quality. Identify, break down, track and report out project tasks;
4.    Assist any other required activities in the service delivery life-cycle, including but not limited to customer communication; handle customer’s escalation; audit response; procurement to payment process, vendor communication and so on; 
5.    Proactively/actively explore any way to drive the improvement of working quality and efficiency.
6.    Be knowledgeable to in scope services, be able to hands on technical stuff. Identifies knowledge gaps, and remediate the gaps.
7.    Support continuous improvement (CI), innovation, automation and so on.
