Position Overview:The Senior Care Planning team provides expert guidance and resources to support members through complex senior care situations.. Senior Care Advisors are masters-level social workers who have significant experience in the senior care field. They work with families who are looking for guidance on a range of senior care topics. This role handles member interactions via phone, Zoom, and email to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
What You’ll Do: Deliver professional, empathetic customer service across all communication channels. Assess member needs, provide education, and connect them with appropriate resources. Verify member eligibility and document interactions accurately. Work with the Research Team and third-party partners to ensure quality referrals. Maintain service standards, including response times, call metrics, and customer satisfaction. Assist members in urgent or crisis situations with appropriate resources. Stay updated on all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Actively participate in all assigned training, coaching sessions, and team meetings. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. Who You Are A master’s degree in social work with relevant professional experience in senior care Strong assessment, communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. High emotional intelligence, empathy, and adaptability. Exceptional analytical, organizational and time management skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Strong attention to detail and adhere to call center metrics Excellent computer literacy and keyboarding skills. Salary Range: $60,000 to $72,000.
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
