We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Card Product Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
Formulate card product business strategy to maximize product profitability with distinctive card proposition to differentiate from competitors and maintain the market leadership Drive new initiatives to launch new product to tap into new potential customer segments as well as to conduct product revamp to enhance card features to strategic target segments to reinforce competitiveness Keep track on card business performance and deep dive on data analysis to draw customer and business insights to identify new business opportunities on how to maximize product profitability with cost efficiency Take lead on new projects to work closely with various internal counterparts to ensure smooth end-to-end project delivery from product ideation, user research, business case projection, requirement scoping to risk steward clearance and go-to-market strategy Manage end-to-end customer journeys from onboarding, card usage to servicing experience with customer centric mindset to provide best in class customer experienceManage and work closely with various external counterparts from card schemes, service providers, merchant partners to all kinds of internal stakeholders from operation level to risk stewards to ensure smooth collaborations to achieve business goals and met with the regulatory and compliance standards
