This role supports UnitedHealth Group’s enterprise-wide modernization of marketing technology to enhance consumer engagement. It involves email/HTML creative coding, journey canvas building in Adobe, and the creation of digital assets such as emails and landing pages. The role also involves upfront requirement gathering and testing support to ensure an accurate journey with comprehensive documentation is delivered.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with campaign management tools such as Unica, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud 2+ years of consumer marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing experience 2+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables 1+ years of QA testing experience Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity Excellent communication and organizational skills, including experience developing and presenting business conclusions based on data analysis High levels of initiative, drive and self-motivation Exceptional attention to detail Ability to maintain positive relationships with cross-functional team members, establish trust and credibility Demonstrate effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert or Qualified for AJO, AEP Experience working with project management tools and systems (Workfront) Experience working with transactional data and direct marketing Proficient in HTML or CSS for building and coding email templates, ensuring compatibility across various email clients and devices, and optimizing for deliverability and engagement in marketing campaigns Ability to own journey and campaign building within AJO, knowledge of operations and connection points with AEP, building and testing campaigns, audiences, and events in different environments

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
