**AVEVA is creating software trusted by over 90% of leading industrial companies.** **Job Title:** Senior Campaign Marketing Manager **Location:** London, UK (50% working time at the office) **Employment Type:** full-time permanent **The job** The Senior Campaign Manager is a strategic and demand generation-focused marketing professional responsible for designing, orchestrating, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead acquisition, engagement and conversion across AVEVA’s key buying centers: Engineering, Operations, and IT/Tech. This role is pivotal in translating AVEVA’s strategic objectives into impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable business outcomes. **Key responsibilities** + Lead the development of industry-first, customer-centric demand generation campaigns aligned with AVEVA’s strategic priorities, collaborating with cross-functional teams. + Collaborate with all the relevant stakeholders to define the messaging framework, audit existing content, develop a detailed content bill of materials, brief and coordinate the creation of key campaign assets to ensure alignment with campaign goals and timelines. + Design and build campaign nurtures using Marketo and PathFactory; support the execution of paid media and webinars. + Align with regional field marketing to ensure integration between global digital execution and local tactics (e.g., outbound marketing, events, content syndication) to support end-to-end lead progression and maximize regional campaign impact. + Lead campaign launches, ensure regional readiness, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and optimization. + Maintain campaign enablement pages to provide sales and marketing teams with easy access to campaign materials and messaging guides. + Drive ongoing improvement through A/B testing, performance reviews, and post-campaign retrospectives to refine future campaign strategies. **Essential requirements** + Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing demand generation role, with a strong emphasis on integrated campaign planning and execution. + Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing analytics tools. + Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment— consistently exploring innovative strategies. + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage, influence, and manage diverse stakeholders across functions and regions. + Deep understanding of digital campaign execution, including hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, content syndication, webinars, and related tactics, as well as their performance measurement and optimization. **Desired skills** + Experience in the industrial software or broader technology sector is highly desirable. + Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a passion for using insights to optimize performance. + Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. + Detail oriented with strong program management skills, balanced with the ability to think strategically. **Marketing at AVEVA** At AVEVA Marketing, you’ll be part of a diverse global group of creative, strategic and digitally savvy thinkers and builders.
