This position is part of the Marketing department located in the USA and will be remote. **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Lead functional teams or projects to address customer needs and deliver innovative campaigns + Develop a cohesive, strategic analysis for campaigns in the next 2-5 years, including components of market analysis, connection to business priorities and reasons to believe + Build lead generation and ecommerce growth campaigns that are aligned with commercial strategies and organization priorities. + Generate campaign strategy to create demand across our core markets and key initiatives through integrated, digitally focused, data driven campaigns. + Identify and lead others to solve complex problems; interpret internal and external business issues and recommend best practices + Build reports and leverage capabilities of SFDC, Marketo, Domo and other reporting tools to inform business decisions + Make data-driven recommendations and drive cross-functional improvements and regularly improve campaign efficacy. + Gain deep understanding of customer segments to target and personalize content + Deliver on leads and digital commerce growth targets for North American Region, and own problem-solving efforts for relevant metrics + Manage budget in alignment with organizational financial needs + Provide visibility of marketing campaigns to key stakeholders within the organization + Drive Veralto Enterprise System best practices across campaign process and metric tracking, including process improvements **The essential requirements of the job include** **:** + 6-8 years of experience developing and executing strategic B2B marketing growth programs + Bachelor’s degree, MBA Preferred + Understanding of water analytics market is a plus + Campaign and Agency experience a plus + Proven experience planning and executing fully integrated, innovative, multi-channel campaigns + Travel up to 20% of the time. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
