About the Role You're ConsideringTheIntegrated Circuit (IC) CAD Engineer – Analog Mixed-Signal Flow Automationposition offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with IC design teams, providing critical support across PDK administration, layout design, verification flows, and automation scripting. This role is essential in enabling efficient design processes and ensuring successful chip tape-outs through collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.Your RoleSupport IC design teams in multiple areas, including PDK administration, layout design support, verification flow support, and scripting development.Administer and maintain the CAD EDA environment for analog, digital, photonics, and package design teams.Collaborate with EDA vendors such as Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor, Keysight, Ansys, and others to support and optimize design flows.Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline design workflows and enhance productivity.Manage and customize physical verification tools and decks (DRC, LVS, Extraction, EM/IR, ESD, etc.) to meet project-specific needs.Build and sustain infrastructure for custom PDK development, including custom pcells, models, DRC, LVS, and more.Install, manage, and track foundry PDKs, including the creation of automated regression testing frameworks.Your Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with 8 years of experience in CAD engineering.Strong scripting skills, particularly in Python and Tcl.Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre DRC/LVS.Demonstrated experience supporting analog and digital design flows.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams.Solid experience in supporting and customizing DRC and/or LVS decks.Life at Capgemini

The base salary range for the tagged location is [$88,800 - $166,398 / year].This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
