Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesRole/Purpose:This position is responsible for Maintaining Design Standards for all of Engineering, and enhance the user experience by developing and implementing streamlined design workflows. These systems and processes work toward the goal of increasing overall Engineering production and quality. What You Need to SucceedRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Good knowledge of Engineering, Fabrication, and Assembly processes.Good task and project management skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to provide informative and professional assistance when working with internal customers and co-workers, including maintaining positive interpersonal relationships which encourage openness.Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills to produce accurate, professional and error-free information.Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to be a leader in dealing with multinational corporations.Maintain professional attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills. This position is considered safety sensitive and is subject to drug testing as permitted by law.
