Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Buyer to join the procurement team for a large international shipbuilding company in Marinette, WI. This role will be supporting a recent program won by this company. The role requires negotiations , understanding compliance, and CPSR. They will be responsible for pushing documents through the RFQ and RFP stages of the procurement process. They will be assisting with strategic buying and communicating with vendors. Must have: 5+ years of procurement experience is required - NOT in production control Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Must have knowledge of strategic buying and advanced purchasing Plusses: Background in Department of Defense procurement BAAN or SAP software knowledge The pay for this position ranges from $28-35hr.
