In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of specific systems/applications lifecycle management. You will leverage your strong knowledge of business capabilities, products, and system domains to identify opportunities, support business needs, and communicate impacts of changes to applications or systems.What Will You Do?Development Participation:
- Engage in the development and enhancement of key products and services, including:
RMIS Security support including, Single Sign On, Qlik Mismatch reports, Security testingDevelop a RMIS Security SharePoint SiteManage Job Class Coding support and developmentModernization of Global and Upline Load processesModernization and support of departmental SharePoint SitesRMIS Operations Workstation liaison with developers and SMEsManage Claim Update Utility expansionAssist with ‘ManagePI’ modernizationProject Documentation and Coordination:
Assist in creating comprehensive project documentationParticipate in Agile refinement sessions with IT partnersWrite and take ownership of Agile user stories to guide developmentOperations Support:
