The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

The RTX Enterprise Services Applications DT Org. has an opening for a Business Systems Expert (BSE) who shall also perform as a Scrum Master for Inventory Management (IM), Logistics and Warehouse Management (WM) within its Deliver team. This role is part of a team implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP solutions. As a functional BSE, the resource will work closely with customer end-users and technical teams to provide expertise in identified SAP modules and translate business processes into requirements for configuration, development, testing and integration.  Also, the resource shall perform duties of a Scrum Master to deliver value by facilitating processes, removing impediments and promoting a productive environment.

What You Will Do:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements for SAP solutions.

Facilitate and coach development team in adopting and implementing the agile SAFe framework.

Facilitate Scrum Events and Ceremonies such as planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives and removes impediments by addressing roadblocks and escalating issues.

Coaches and Mentors the team for continuous improvement and helps the Product Owner understand and prioritize the backlog effectively.

Promotes a positive and productive environment by fostering collaboration, conflict resolutions and protect the team from interruptions and adheres to SAFe principles and practices.

Provide expertise on Inventory, Logistics, Warehousing and Shipping processes.

Configure and help customize SAP Inventory, Logistics and Warehouse Management modules to meet client-specific requirements.

Provide understanding of other SAP modules with ECC environment and their dependencies on Warehouse Management processes and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

Design and implement new functionality or enhance existing processes within the SAP ECC ecosystem with transferability to future SAP S/4 model.

Gather and analyze requirements to design or optimize workflows to improve user experience.

Work with developers and subject matter experts to establish a technical vision and balance usability, performance, and scalability.

Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Create documentation such as functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.

Perform functional testing and support quality assurance efforts to ensure solutions meet client needs.

Work with change and configuration management teams on transports and movement of new functionality into the system.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of hands-on SAP ECC experience and implementations with a focus on IM, WM, Shipping (TMS) and Logistics or a HS diploma with 16+ years of experience.

Minimum 5 years of effectively in the Scrum Master role and working with teams in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environment.

Experience in configuring SAP processes in SAP IMG and experience working in areas including, but not limited to Inbound, RF, Quality Inspection, Pick/Pack/Pass, Serial Number Management, Batch Management, Handling Units and Transportation/Shipping Management.

Experience working with Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) and their configurations with ECC and/or S4HANA

Experience in planning and leading SAP IM, WM related requirements analysis workshops with stakeholders and functional POC's.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with complex problem-solving strategies. Able to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution(s) through an in-depth evaluation of varying factors. Strong capacity for abstract reasoning and creative visioning.

Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks and proficiency with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Demonstrated experience in contributing to cross-functional teams, experience with working complex projects remotely.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive client leadership.

Provide functional advisory support to ad hoc SAP/Non-SAP led initiatives to support managerial decision making

Ability to work cross-functionally and participate in discussions.

Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks without any supervision.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
