**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in owning full system implementation lifecycles (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, deployment, implement, support).
+ 10 years of experience in managing cross-functional technical teams and leading programs.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience delivering global ITSM platform implementation on Service Now.
+ Experience with Fleet Management systems and operations, along with understanding the complexities of hardware and asset life-cycle management.
+ Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to IT operations.
+ Ability to drive business improvements within global organizations.
+ Excellent stakeholder Management and communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Define and drive road-maps for business analysis within IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform and Fleet Operations, aligning team goals and deliverables with broader organizational objectives.
+ Define and anticipate business problems, then research and assess varied approaches including industry-leading solutions or crafting custom solutions.
+ Build or influence cross-organizational collaborations with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on direction and resource allocation.
+ Serve as a domain expert in ITSM (with experience in ServiceNow implementation) and Fleet operations, providing insights into current practices and solutions for value.
+ Oversee the integration of multiple work streams across business analysis, engineering, and technical teams to ensure project delivery and process improvements. Manage internal and external risks associated with changes to products, processes, or services.
