You Are:
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst Lead to lead high-impact initiatives across talent, workforce, and technology strategy for the Business Bank Platform. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic transformation, streamline operations, and ultimately transition into software delivery leadership once a deep understanding of the bank’s business processes is achieved.
The opportunity:
· Hybrid: In office/remote
· Lead complex initiatives related to talent strategy, workforce planning, and technology alignment within the Business Bank Platform.
· Collaborate with platform leaders to streamline business processes and identify areas for efficiency improvement and velocity gains.
· Engage in strategic business consulting to identify key challenges and opportunities across the platform.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for information systems and technology solutions.
· Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to align technology initiatives with business goals.
· Learn and absorb the client’s business processes, systems, and culture with the intent to shift into a leadership role within software delivery.
· Provide high-performance coaching and mentoring to internal teams to ensure sustained operational excellence.

What you need:
· Proven experience in strategic business consulting, particularly in banking or financial services.
· Expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and high-performance coaching.
· Ability to drive platform-level improvements with a focus on process efficiency, team velocity, and strategic alignment.
· Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
· Experience in transitioning from business analysis or consulting to software delivery leadership is a strong asset.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational change management skills.
· Bachelor's degree/completion of a college program in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, or business administration
· Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in or with large banking institutions.
· Familiarity with Agile or scaled Agile environments.
· Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Ontario
Compensation Range: $115,000-$144,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
