As a Senior Business System Analyst (SBSA), you will have an opportunity to be part of the Platform Delivery team. This team delivers world-class marketing technology platforms using Epsilon’s market-leading People Cloud suite of products, which support our clients’ multi-channel marketing strategies. You will manage client deliverables relative to our multi-channel marketing engagements.
This client-facing role demands a blend of deep business knowledge and the ability to derive insights from digital analytics to drive key business metrics and personalization. You will work closely with clients to understand their remarkable requirements and successfully implement strategies to achieve their ambitious goals!

**Responsibilities**
+ Gain an in-depth understanding of Epsilon Product architecture in corelation to Customer’s business models, and marketing strategies.
+ Facilitate high-impact client discussions, driving clarity on deliverables, managing expectations, and documenting all requirements, data needs and rules accurately to ensure successful project outcomes. Ensure traceability of all business requirements to functional and non-functional specifications
+ Analyze client data and gain understanding of existing client solution and warehouse/mart processing, business rules, and end user use cases (data extracts, campaigns, reports, and analytics) to cover data exchange for future enhancements.
+ Drive product fitment analysis versus gap areas and create specifications, collaborate with key members of the delivery team to brainstorm and complete accurate low-level design, configurations and API specifications including end points, authentication and encryption methods to address key client use cases and downstream processes.
+ Build and continuously develop key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth / seamless project execution.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to client teams across domains and industries, providing strategic guidance from a business analysis and digital marketing perspective.
+ Facilitate the seamless onboarding of multiple vendors and data sources into the Epsilon ecosystem, ensuring compliance with architectural and data governance standards.
+ Champion the development and adoption of best practices, standards, and methodologies in business and data analysis to enhance delivery quality and consistency.
+ Educate clients on standard methodologies and essential business needs.
+ Lead tailored product demonstrations and training sessions for client teams, effectively showcasing key capabilities and real-world use cases to drive engagement, understanding, and adoption
+ Maintain accurate daily records of client billable time.
+ Lead by example in guiding and mentoring junior associates, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning, professional development, and alignment with client and project objectives.
**Qualifications**
**Core Skills:**
+ 6-8 years of relevant business analysis work experience. Database/ data driven marketing space experience is an advantage
+ Strong understanding of CRM, Loyalty, Digital Marketing concepts and various marketing channels
+ Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
+ Ability to quickly pick up new domain and industry knowledge and tie it back to client data and requirements.
+ Experience in translating business requirements into functional/business specifications
+ Facilitate Business Analysis functions of the SDLC and Agile Methodology including SCRUM
+ Strong understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts
+ Experience in being able to engage with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
+ Excellent communication (spoken and written) and presentation skills
+ Ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data — and be able to make appropriate decisions to support the business
+ Excellent SQL skills
+ Strong understanding of API, JSON, XML and SOAP UI.
+ Familiarity of AI/ML/RPA concepts and executing work with AI/ML/RPA driven utilities. Experience creating or implementing AI/Automation based utilities is an added advantage.
+ Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
+ Self-motivated, professional, and dedicated to customer success.
+ Innovative, problem-solving attitude with a focus on finding effective answers.
+ Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a great teammate, and manage change effectively.
+ Exposure to marketing campaign tools (Unica, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo, Responsys, Zeta, etc.), and ability to learn new campaign platforms.
