Location: Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week required Type: Contract (12 months) | Open to Contract-to-Hire We’re hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a variety of credit card initiatives, including disclosures, application processing, payment operations, and statement integrations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong credit card domain background and experience working across technical and business teams. Responsibilities: + Define and document requirements for enhancements related to credit card operations + Partner with technology teams to ensure delivery of solutions aligned with business needs + Engage cross-functional teams to facilitate integration and delivery Must-Have Skills: + Credit card industry experience + Strong financial services background + Technical aptitude with standard BSA competencies The base range for this contract position is $55.00 - $85.00 per hour, depending on experience; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
