We are the creators of the top-selling, award-winning, and critically acclaimed Forza franchises.     We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy Manager- Turn 10 Studios who will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing monetization strategies at the franchise level for T10. This leader will drive the strategic direction for monetization efforts, provide actionable insights through rigorous analysis, and champion cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable business results. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical prowess, stakeholder management, and proficient communication skills. Analysis, Impact Assessment, and Recommendations: + Collect and synthesize external and internal data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. + Perform deep-dive analyses to assess the impact of market and operational factors on monetization strategies. + Consolidate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Develop Communication Materials & Influence Decision-Making: + Take ownership of developing high-impact communication materials, including executive presentations, strategic updates, and stakeholder briefs. + Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and serve as a key liaison for executive-level communications. + Distill complex strategies and analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that influence key decisions. Manage Savings Programs & Track Progress: + Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and track savings and efficiency programs. + Monitor progress against strategic goals, ensuring strategies are translated into actionable plans and delivered results. + Report on progress, celebrate wins, and escalate risks or blockers early to leadership. **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications** + Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience + OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience + OR equivalent experience. + 2+ years of Experience in the gaming industry. **Additional or Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND8+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience + ORMaster's Degree in Business Administrationor related field AND6+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience + OR equivalent experience. + 3+years experiencein Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance. Business Strategy IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
