SR. BUSINESS SALES DIRECTOR

We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Director, Luxury Department Stores. This pivotal role will own the strategic and operational management of assigned retailer accounts, with a focus on delivering and exceeding financial goals at both the retailer and account level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our SR. Business Sales Director, you are responsible for strategies, achieving financial targets and driving top line growth.
The Sr. Director Luxury Department Stores, main responsibilities are to achieve financial goals at the individual retailer level as well and lead the interface with the assigned account(s). In addition to account management this role will be responsible for the management of 2 Business Sales Managers.
Your main focus:
Serving as the primary liaison between accounts and COTY’s cross-functional teams, including US Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retailer.com, Education, Visual Merchandising, Demand Planning, and Finance, the Sr. Director will ensure seamless alignment and execution of brand and channel strategies. This leader will be instrumental in building competitive advantage at the point of sale, driving brand presence, and achieving category leadership in the market. The team consists of Sr. Business Sales Director working closely together with several departments such as Marketing, Trade Marketing & Customer Collaboration Teams. All your colleagues are highly skilled in their area of expertise; they are collaborative and supportive.

Strong Leadership Skills
Proven experience in managing others: Manage 2 Business Sales Managers Lead and Mentor team to exceed all financial goals, and challenge team to reach their full potential Complete collaboration with all direct reports on all facets of the business; proven ability to work effectively across all functions and geographies of the team
Manage budgets
Proven experience in monitoring, tracking and managing budgets; from gross shipping, retail sales and Advertising/Marketing, Markdowns, Returns and T&E; all in relation to delivering the P&L.
Education / experience
10+ years relevant work experience in marketing or product management Experience in beauty categories is a must Digitally savvy A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred. Master MS Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint)

Base Salary Range: $165,000-$195,000 + Sales Incentive Plan Health, dental, vision and disability insurance; 401(k) with generous employer match; paid time off and Summer Fridays; Parental leave; Tuition reimbursement
