The Business Resilience team is responsible for strengthening the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruptive events. We partner across functions to develop risk mitigating strategies, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate crisis response efforts. Our mission is to ensure the company can continue delivering on its strategic objectives by embedding resilience into operations, technology, and decision-making at every level.
a day in the life:
As a Senior Business Resilience Analyst, you will lead and support business resilience programs that strengthen our organization’s ability to anticipate, prepare for, and respond to critical disruptions. In this role, you will leverage risk intelligence, scenario analysis, and strategic planning to ensure the business remains resilient in the face of events such as geopolitical instability, cyber incidents, supply chain interruptions, or natural disasters.
qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Risk Management, International Relations, or a related discipline).5+ years of progressive experience in business continuity or risk management, with exposure to cybersecurity or technology risks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leaders.Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple initiatives and project timelines simultaneously.Proficiency in creating professional and executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.must haves:Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
