Our team supports FY planning, business program management and improvement for our digital sales teams. As a **Senior** **Business Program Manager** for SMB, you will be a Change Management champ supporting our digital sales by driving FY planning and landing, executing business programs, setting up new sales pilots, and running seller enabling initiatives. You will assess business health to suggest improvements and manage change with global sales teams to ensure alignment with evolving business needs. This role requires operationalizing sales strategy, driving growth, and accelerating digital sales transformation through strategic thinking, problem solving, operational rigor, change management, and sales enablement.

**Responsibilities**
**Business Program Planning and Design**
+ Performs business program landscape research and analysis, forecasting, and examines business trends
+ Monitors sales performance to define/prioritize Correction of Errors and drive their execution and identifies revenue driver opportunities
+ Collaborates with stakeholders to define customer targeting and engagement orchestration
+ Works with cross-functional stakeholders to design and operationalize new SMB sales motions and pilots
**Business Program Excellence and Execution**
+ Partners with key stakeholders for FY planning, landing and execution.
+ Enables field execution of sales campaigns and assess performance to drive optimization
+ Evangelizes availability of sales programs and assess their business impact
+ Maintains and land a single source of programs and campaigns available for our Digital Sales team
**Business Program Management**
+ Manages complex projects from beginning to end and communicates status & risk to relevant stakeholders, and holds them accountable risk mitigation plans
+ Aligns stakeholder efforts to business impact
+ Drives buy in and adoption of processes, tools and business priorities by following appropriate Change Management methodologies
+ Leads monthly business review (MBR) and runs rhythms regularly to identify what is working and what is not
**Business Program Evaluation and Improvement**
+ Surfaces insights and execute initiatives to improve role efficiency
+ Partners stakeholder organizations to execute demand generation, signal optimization and revenue acceleration initiatives
+ Runs feedback channels to identify seller pain points and roadblocks to address with stakeholders

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business management, strategy, or project/program management, or business-related roles
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years in cloud-based business with sales operations/enablement experience
+ Experience in time and project management, with a proven ability to lead and execute multiple concurrent workstreams effectively.
+ Proven effectiveness collaborating across groups and driving multi-stakeholder planning processes to desired results
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Management Consulting background
+ Prosci certification
+ Able to positively manage ambiguity and complex, matrixed, & fast paced environments
+ Team player with a track record of helping others to achieve team goals
+ Established business acumen and mental agility to ramp quickly across diverse businesses and organizations
+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and formulate recommendations to a wide variety of stakeholders
+ Deep analytical skills and ability to use data to drive meaningful business decisions
+ An owner mindset – biased toward action and able to positively influence across functional teams
+ Proactive positive outlook and approach to change management
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
