Summary:
UST is looking for Sr Business Process Analyst
The Opportunity:
· Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these.
· As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes across various departments within the organization.
· The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement, data analysis, and implementation of process changes.
· As a subject matter expert, the Senior Business Process Analyst will support key initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering measurable business value.
Responsibilities
· Support the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
· Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
· Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
· Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or technology integration
· Create and present detailed reports, process maps, and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
· Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build process improvement capabilities across the organization
· Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
· Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and provide ongoing support to ensure sustained results
· Evaluate new tools, technologies, and software solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity
What you need:
· 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
· Strong expertise in process modelling, mapping, mining, and analysis techniques
· Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications preferred)
· Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
· Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders effectively
· Experience with business process management and process mining software (e.g., Symbio, Celonis, or similar tools).
Desired Skills:
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Experience working on an Agile / Scrum team a plus
· Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt) and/or Business Process Management (BPM)
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application to process improvement
· Experience in domains such as sales, marketing, product development, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing a plus
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
