Senior Business Process Analyst

What will you do: -            

Transform data into business insightsEvaluating and surfacing insights and business opportunities through data and analyticsSupporting the pest intelligence value proposition to drive customer acquisition and retentionProvide technical partnership with the business for digital projects.Serve as the primary stakeholder interface on assigned projects; reviewing recommendations with stakeholders and receiving approval to proceed; providing updates on project status, timelines, and problems; reviewing final outcomes with the client and obtaining their sign off that all work has been conducted in accordance with stakeholder requirementsPartner with the delivery team to create innovative and cutting-edge solutions to support the pest division digital needsWork on POCs for customer facing reporting

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Minimum Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience as an analyst or similar rolesExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and data analytics tools to drive decisions and identify trends and patterns Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as ADO or JiraExperience in writing SQL queries, functions and stored proceduresAbility to think strategically and problem solveNo immigration sponsorship available for this position. 

Preferred Qualifications  

Added plus if experienced in databricks and pythonProducing and presenting insights based on dataAdvanced principles and practices of project management and workflow analysis.Principles, methods and techniques used in designing, developing, testing data science models.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $83,600.00 - $125,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
