Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex reports & other analysis as required for achieving financial objectivesPerform analysis of data trends on operational budget spend to enable team to meet Key Performance IndicatorsBuild and deploy financial models to forecast results while identifying cost savings opportunitiesAnalyze, educate, and recommend changes to accounting operations policies and procedures Perform monthly review of financial statements and identify trends. Create operating expense reforecast. Coordinate operating expense variance analysis and reportingDrive process improvements and implement best practices around forecasting, budgeting and management reporting; as well as automate, where applicablePartner with functional leaders to identify and drive cost savings across the business. Perform other duties as requested

Required Qualifications

EducationBachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experienceSkills5+ years of business planning/financial analysis or related experienceKnowledge of operating and capital financial StatementsExperience utilizing advanced accounting theory and proceduresCan use Excel and other software to analyze and interpret dataCan quickly identify business problems/opportunitiesCommunicate with all levels of management and company personnel orally or in written form
