**Overview**
At Intuit, we are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Program Manager (Localization) to lead the localization of our financial and business management software solutions to cater to global markets. As a crucial member of our Globalization Team, you will drive the adaptation and localization of our products into multiple languages, ensuring they resonate and function effectively for users worldwide.
**What you'll bring**
+ Master’s degree in Localization, Linguistics, International Business, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
+ Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in managing extensive localization programs, specifically within the software or tech industries.
+ Profound knowledge of localization methodologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., Phrase, MemoQ, Smartling).
+ Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects within a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
+ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and negotiation abilities.
+ Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
+ Fluency in multiple languages is highly advantageous.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California $135,000 - $182,500
New York, NY $123,500 - $167,000

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. **How you will lead**
+ Design and execute large-scale localization projects with agile methodologies, ensuring deliveries align with scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with localization service providers, conducting regular performance evaluations and ensuring high-quality results.
+ Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with localization vendors, optimizing service quality and cost-effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams—including product management, engineering, marketing, and user experience—to identify localization requirements and strategically convey them to external localization vendors.
+ Work with the Globalization Engineering team to find and fix localization problems early on. Put in place smart solutions to stop these problems from happening again.
+ Develop and enforce comprehensive localization strategies and roadmaps; champion the adoption of advanced tools and systems to enhance localization processes.
+ Coordinate communication and cooperation between internal stakeholders and external localization and translation service providers.
+ Consistently track and evaluate localization performance metrics, driving continuous improvements in quality and operational efficiency.
+ Cultivate an environment of ongoing improvement by advocating for advanced localization strategies and practices within Intuit.
+ Provide expertise, mentorship, and support to team members on the nuances and best practices of localization processes.
