Our Billing & Credit team works behind the scenes, dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for millions of customers across all our brands while efficiently addressing any billing concerns. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as the go-to expert for Billing & Credit reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data + Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decisions + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions + Identify trends and key metrics to guide leadership in enhancing operational performance + Continuously improve reporting processes and templates for scalability and efficiency + Provide data-backed recommendations that support goals and team initiatives **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics, with at least five years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience + Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools + Experience creating executive-level presentations and business decks **Skills and Qualifications:** + Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting, visualization, and performance tracking + Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights + Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment Visa sponsorship not available for this role **_Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview._** **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $82,000.00/Year - $93,000.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
