**Job Description:**
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Manager (SAM) to join our award-winning team in Melbourne working across one of Saatchi’s biggest and boldest clients.
As a Senior Business Manager, you'll drive the day-to-day delivery of our projects, ensuring impeccable quality and adherence to process standards. You'll mentor junior talent, oversee projects from start to finish, and contribute to strategic and business development.
**In this role you will get to:**
+ **Manage end-to-end projects** by taking client briefs, providing strategic recommendations, writing creative briefs and leading the creative development process and production across all channels
+ **Build solid client relationships** **,** build trust and respect with client stakeholders, ensuring our clients view you as a valued advisor
+ **Partner with Creative and Strategy** to ensure work is effective and achieves client goals
+ **Use your exceptional organisational skills** to organise and manage meetings and presentations, ensuring accurate deliverables, reports and clear comms
+ **Be part of a collaborative team** , disseminate information to your team and play a big part in coaching and mentoring junior members so they can grow in their careers
+ **Manage financial aspects** related to your projects ensuring accuracy and efficiency adhering to agency process
**The person we're looking for has:**
+ 4+ years’ relevant experience working in Account Management within a creative communications advertising agency
+ Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, effortlessly
+ Strong attention to detail, literacy and numeracy skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative communication style
+ You are curious, strategically minded and have a solutions-based approach to working
+ Qualifications in communications/marketing or similar would be preferred
