**Overview**
**The Role:**
We're looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Business Manager to join our collaborative team at Leo’s in Sydney to partner with one of our most creatively ambitious clients. In this role you would play an instrumental part in managing key projects and campaigns end-to-end and driving the strategic and creative direction for the brand.
**Reporting to the Senior Business Director, you’ll get to:**
+ Run key projects and campaigns, collaborating closely with creative, strategy and production to deliver effective and award worthy work for your clients
+ Build genuine client relationships and gain a deep understanding of your client's business, competitors and the category
+ Guide the strategic and creative direction of the client's brand and business with a strong and informed point of view – bring fresh thinking and curiosity to every touchpoint
+ Translate client needs and challenges into clear, actionable briefs and ignite bold, effective ideas that drive impact
+ Champion great creative – from concept to craft – and push for the best work
+ Guide conversations with confidence, present work with eloquence and lead client meetings that drive outcomes, not just discussions.
+ Support and mentor junior team members of the team as they learn and grow
+ Work alongside some of the best minds in the biz in a high-performing, down-to-earth team
**The person we’re looking for has:**
+ 4+ years’ experience in Account Management, preferably within a creative/integrated agency or client marketing team
+ Excellent communication and presenting techniques - you enjoy collaborating and building strong relationships with your team and stakeholders
+ You are proactive and exceptionally organised and can manage your projects autonomously with ease
+ Agile and adaptable, you thrive in the fast pace of agency life and love bringing the team together to deliver great work
+ Confident and persuasive, you bring a clear strategic and creative perspective and communicate feedback with clarity and impact
+ You’re passionate about smart, effective creative and love getting bold work over the line
