Senior Business Intelligence Developer 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our Products team. This individual will focus on front-end development in Palantir Foundry and internally developedenterprise applications, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that support operations and strategic decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities 

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using modern development frameworks and languages. 

Develop Palantir front-end solutions for Natural Gas Projects. 

Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, user-centric solutions. 

Ensure seamless integration with underlying data models, maintaining consistency and accuracy. 

Ensure compliance with data governance and audit standards. 

Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities. 

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within development and support teams. 

Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS and other tools. 

Automate workflows and deployments using PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. 

Manage and optimize IIS-hosted applications and services. 

Work with SCADA, VSA, and REV systems to support operational data needs. 

Implement secure coding practices including encryption, secrets management, and secure deployment pipelines. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. 

Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. 

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. 

Operational Support 

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. 

Maintain logging and monitoring systems to ensure application health and performance.

Qualifications and Experience 

Required Skills 

2–5 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary IT environment. 

Strong expertise in application development, data analysis, data modeling, and data governance. 

Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, PowerShell, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React. 

Strong programming skills in SQL. 

Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud-based data tools. 

Proficient in translating business requirements into logical and physical data models. 

Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Business Objects. 

Experience with SQL Server, Access, Excel, IIS, Azure DevOps, SSIS. 

Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint PWA, TIDAL. 

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, data modeling, and legacy system modernization. 

Strong understanding of secure software development practices and enterprise architecture. 

Experience with operational technologies (SCADA, pipeline mapping, etc.).
