Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for using data and analysis to drive informed decision making and operational excellence for the Patina Group. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Led business intelligence efforts for Patina Group, delivering actionable insights from transactional sales data using advanced analytics Designed and maintained Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and drive strategic decision-making across departments Developed labor optimization models and staffing dashboards to support efficient workforce planning Built scalable predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for pricing, menu engineering, and demand forecasting Integrated multiple data sources to inform competitive pricing strategies through cost analysis and market trend evaluation 

More about youBachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or similar field; master's degree preferred  Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar function, working in a fast-paced environment; preferably in hospitality or restaurant industries  Experience in analytics and predictive tools such as Advanced Excel and R Experience in data warehousing tools such as SQL  Experience in data visualization tools; Tableau preferred  Prior experience with point of sales systems preferred
