The BI Analyst for Radiometer is responsible for analyzing and understanding business intelligence and analytics needs, creating user stories and requirements, and developing dashboards that offer the best user experience. This position is part of the Data, Analytics, and AI organization located in Krakow and is hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
As a BI Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable user stories and requirements. You will be responsible for designing and developing dashboards that meet high standards of user experience and functionality.

Radiometer is at the ambition to become at the forefront of data-driven decision making, and this role will be key to help drive our future success. The BI Analyst will be critical in defining the needs and developing solutions for the Global Reporting suite across Radiometer to increase data-driven decision-making across key functions in Finance, Commercial, Quality and so on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Analyze and understand business intelligence and analytics needs.
Create detailed user stories and requirements based on business needs.
Design and develop well-defined data models, particularly dimensional modeling.
Ensure data visualization best practices and user experience (UX) in dashboard development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of BI solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest BI and analytics tools and technologies.
Ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and dashboards.
Implement and maintain data governance practices.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics.
Proven experience in creating detailed user stories and requirements.
Strong skills in designing and developing reusable data models that solves user needs in a broader business ecosystem.
Excellent understanding of core business processes within finance, sales, supply chain, etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Power BI.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Expertise in data visualization best practices and user experience (UX).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Relevant certifications in BI tools or data analytics.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies.
Experience in implementing and maintaining data governance practices.
Understanding of AI and Machine learning as tool in the overall Analytics toolbox.
